1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting and explained that for items 1-6 the Health and Social care Committee was meeting concurrently with the Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee.
1.2 There were no apologies or substitutions.
1.3 Mabon ap Gwynfor MS declared that his wife works for a charity that advocates for children and young people who are affected by the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014.
